This cleanse is for you if you are looking for an increase in energy, clearing up skin, and help with digestion and bloating. Also beneficial in fighting and preventing colds.

REJEUVENATE CLEANSE (500 ml)

This cleanse is for you if you are looking to boost your immune system, suffer from inflammation ( ex. arthritis), clear up skin, loose the christmas or day to day bloat (aka inflammation), increase energy levels.

Please remember that we are not doctors, so please check with your doctor if you are concerned about whether a cleanse would be safe for you.

Can anyone cleanse?
We do not recommend cleanses if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under the age of 18. If you have a medical condition, are on medications or have any doubts about whether cleansing would be safe for you, we strongly advise that you speak with your doctor.

Before and After Cleanse
It’s important to give yourself a few days for the transition into and out of a cleanse this is also known as pre-cleansing and post cleansing. This helps to make the cleansing process easier on the body.

The pre-cleanse and post cleanse phases should include a lot of water, raw vegetables, healthy fats, nuts, seeds, fish and poultry (if applicable to you). We strongly recommend cutting out caffeine, alcohol and refined sugar.

Fat sources – avocados, olive oil, coconut oil
Whole fruits
Wild fish, organic poultry

Limited Foods:
Nightshade vegetables
Natural sweeteners

Processed foods
Fried foods
Refined sugar
Refined flour
Dairy
Red meat
Wheat
Caffeine
Alcohol
Tobacco
Drugs

It is important to stay hydrated and drink lots of water while cleansing. Herbal teas are recommended throughout the day, some recommended herbal teas include:
Lemon – supports the immune system
Ginger – soothes the stomach and supports the immune system
Hibiscus – supports blood sugar levels
Dandelion root – supports detoxification

Can I exercise while cleansing?
It is important to keep moving while you are cleansing, but take it easy and don’t go too hard. Instead of high intensity cardio, maybe try replacing it with a power walk, a swim, or gentle yoga class.

Other ways to support the cleanse process
Dry brushing
Warm bath with Epson salts or essential oils

Fibre
It’s important to keep things moving throughout the cleansing process and to make sure you’re having daily bowel movements. We recommend taking 1 glass of filtered water and add 1 – 2 tablespoons of chia seeds until they float. Consume 30 minutes to 1 hour before bed.
