Hi! I’m Mary, certified holistic nutritionist and juice creator!

I have a background in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and decided to jump into the holistic health world in 2012 out of interest and a desire to learn. My dad always jokes that I should’ve been a professional student. After graduating from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2013 with honors, I dove into creating my business, but more doing one on one consultations.

My desire to get into the food side of nutrition kept pulling at me, but I just didn’t know what to do! Until I started making juices and people were interested. I developed 4 flavors through a lot of trial and error, then one Sunday afternoon I hit the send button on a message through Facebook messenger to about 20 friends in the area that I thought might be interested, orders came flying in and that is how Worth the Squeeze Juicery came to be!
